Ingredients

salmon filets
skinless

brown sugar

bourbon
1/4

soy sauce

lime juice

ginger
grated

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, and garlic.
Add the salmon and marinate for 90 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the marinade and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
While the salmon is baking, make the glaze: Add the marinade to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Make a cornstarch slurry with an equal amount of water, and add the slurry to the marinade. Bring to a boil and then lower heat, stirring constantly.
Continue to stir until the glaze has thickened and then remove from heat.
Once the salmon is done, brush with the glaze and serve.
