Pretzel Crust
In a mixer, combine the butter, egg, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the crushed pretzels and flour and mix well.
Remove crust mixture and work into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the cooled crust mixture to fit your tart pan. Transfer crust into greased pan and poke holes using a fork. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before filling
Chocolate – Peanut Butter Filling
In a small pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Mix in the heavy cream and bring to a boil. As soon as the cream mixture starts to boil, remove from heat and add in the chocolate.
Whisk together until creamy and pour this mixture into the crust.
Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds to thin it.
Pour over the chocolate mixture in any pattern and then take a knife and swirl the chocolate and peanut butter.
