This recipe for Honey Sesame Chicken will soon be one of your favorite crockpot recipes! It is super easy to make and has a ton of flavor. The chicken is so moist that it falls apart with a fork!
In a medium bowl, mix the honey, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and Sriarcha. Add in the onion and garlic.
Pour sauce mixture over chicken and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
When chicken is done, remove from sauce and shred chicken using two forks.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Add this mixture to the sauce in the crockpot. Cover and turn the crockpot on high for 10 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
Add the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and stir to cover with the sauce.
Serve the chicken over rice and top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
