Oreo Truffles
These decedent Oreo truffles are perfect for any occasion!  It’s hard to beat homemade chocolates, especially when Oreos are involved.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add Oreos to a food processor or blender and pulse until fine.
  2. Set aside 1/2 cup of Oreo crumbs. Mix in 8 ounces of cream cheese.
  3. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. Place in freezer to harden before coating in hot, melted chocolate
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coat truffle balls in chocolate. Place onto wax paper, sprinkle Oreo crumbles on top, then place in the freezer for a few minute to harden the chocolate.
