- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsp oats
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
