Cook the frozen spinach and artichokes according to the directions on the package. \u00a0If you have a can of artichokes, you can always use that \u2014 since the cans are a little larger, it’ll just be a little more “artichokey” \u2014 which would not be a bad thing!<\/p>\n

After they are cooked, you may want to chop the artichokes into smaller pieces to make dipping easier.<\/p>\n

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish and spread evenly.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Top with mozzarella cheese.<\/p>\n

For my dish I used about 2\/3 cup cheese, but depending on how much surface area there is, you may want to use more or less. \u00a0Just make sure it is topped evenly.<\/p>\n

Bake at 350\u00baF for 25 minutes. \u00a0I prefer when the cheese is golden-brown, so I turn on the broiler for a few minutes at the end.<\/p>\n
